Carolyn Chesnutt - Qualifications
Mrs. Chesnutt has practiced exclusively bankruptcy law in her own practice since 2003. Prior to that time she assisted Mr. Chesnutt in his practice. She has been engaged in bankruptcy law since 1994.
She is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the bars of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas, Fort Worth bankruptcy court) and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Plano, Denton, Tyler bankruptcy court).
Mrs. Chesnutt is a compassionate attorney whose practice emphacizes the representation of single women, the elderly and families in consumer bankruptcies.
In addition to her practice of law, she also negotiates debt settlements and has done so for approximately 10 years.
